Your BMW was lovingly assembled inside one of the most sophisticated organisations.  Developed over 100 years, a modern car factory is a mind boggling interaction of logistics, mechanisation and human skills.

Somehow this amazing process manages the thousands of different option combinations and produces up to 400 cars a day of ever increasing reliability and slowly decreasing price (when adjusted for inflation).

Lawrence Glynn will explain how it all works based on the inside knowledge gained from 20 years experience conducting quality assurance audits inside the design, test and production facilities of all the major car manufacturers around the world.

A 20 - 30 minute presentation will be followed by a couple of short videos of the production process in action.
