BMW Drivers Club Melbourne are hosting the German Auto Show on 30 January 2022. We are putting out a call to all members for volunteers to help at this event.
All clubs will need to provide at least two officials to show their marques where to set up.
The busiest time will be between 7am and 9am while the food trucks and trade stands bump in, then from 8.30am to 10am while the display cars bump in.
We will still need officials at the gate for general public admission to take payment and to also check them in using the QR code system.
We will need two officials rotating per hour from 10am to 1pm at the front gate. We will also need a few officials wandering around to make sure everyone is happy and at least two officials to man the main stand with the raffle tickets and trophies on.
Please note all officials must be double vaccinated.
All officials will get coffee and lunch for free and an official’s cap.
All donations can be made here.
There will be food for sale on the day and trade stalls too.
Under current Government guidelines, all attending are to be double vaccinated. This status may change before the event. Once you have registered you will be informed of any changes.
BMWDCM is not responsible for any conditions of entry into any event venues, including COVID safety requirements. Please ensure you check any entry requirements with the relevant venue.
If you are feeling unwell we request that you do not attend any of our in-person events, regardless of your vaccination status.
