BMWDCM ARE CALLING OUT FOR OFFICIALS TO HELP WITH  Challenge Bathurst 2024. 

Please read to the bottom as this notice contains important information 

Without officials these events cannot run. 

We need flag marshalls for Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

(if you can only do Thursday and Friday, this is fine too) 

All officials will be given FREE camping or uni style accomodation. 

All meals and drinks daily, this includes a hot cooked meal at the end of the day. 

Free uniform.

If it is your first time officiating at this event, time and weather permitting, you will get hot laps at the end of the event. 

If you are a driver and can only help out on Thursday and Friday, this is fine, we will take you for as many days as you can offer. 

If you're not accredited as an official by Motorsport Australia, you can still volunteer and the relevant training for your assigned role will be provided.

All drivers who volunteer will get their cars through scrutineering on Wednesday.
