Dinner from: 6:00 PM
AGM begins: 7:30 PM sharp
This is your opportunity to hear the committee’s report on the past year, celebrate our achievements, and help shape the direction of the club for the next 12 months.
A new committee will be elected, and your involvement—whether in person or by proxy—is essential to ensure we meet the required quorum.

Your voice matters, and your presence helps keep our club strong and vibrant.
Pre-Meeting Dinner
Join us from 6:00 PM for a relaxed meal in the bistro before the meeting.
Meals are at your own cost.
Bookings: Please call German Club Tivoli on 9510 2270 and use BMWAGM as your booking reference so they know you're part of our group.
Official Notice of Meeting Will be sent separately, along with details on how to submit a proxy voting form if you’re unable to attend. Proxy votes count toward our quorum and are just as important as being there in person.
Open Discussion After the AGM
Once the formalities are complete, we welcome general discussion and member input. It’s a great chance to share ideas and connect with fellow members.
